TOTAL UK launches employee reward and recognition programme with Capital Incentives & Motivation

TOTAL UK, the fourth largest oil company in the country, has launched an employee reward and recognition programme in conjunction with leading incentive and motivation specialist Capital Incentives & Motivation.

The programme is open to all TOTAL UK's employees (more than 5,000) in service stations, offices and terminals, with the programme offering the flexibility of ad-hoc awards and a long-service award scheme.

Qualifying participants are presented with Capital Bonds vouchers, which can be spent at over 140 well-known High Street stores, covering fashion and accessories, home and DIY, leisure and travel to food and drink.

In addition, TOTAL UK is using Synergis, the incentive account management system offered by Capital Incentives’ & Motivation, which manages the collation, fulfilment and dispatch of awards, as well as the accompanying tax reporting required by the Inland Revenue.

Cathy Murphy, Employee Relations Manager at TOTAL UK said, “We chose to work with Capital Incentives because they offer a full account management service, and because Capital Bonds awards can be redeemed at a wide range of outlets, giving our diverse group of employees maximum choice.”
