Samsung launches the Blue Compliments Card incentive with Capital Incentives & Motivation
Samsung Electronics (UK) Ltd, the leading consumer electronics brand, has launched the Samsung Blue Compliments Card incentive, a new reseller programme, in conjunction with leading incentive and motivation specialist Capital Incentives & Motivation.
The Blue Compliments Card incentive is targeted at approximately 100 managed resellers and is designed to strengthen relationships with customers and boost sales.
Matthew Clark, Marketing Manager at Samsung Electronics (UK), comments, "As part of a strategy to establish direct links with our customers, we have recruited a new printer marketing team to focus on the key elements of our new channel strategy which features marketing material, special promotions and incentives.”
The incentive scheme is fully supported by a bespoke on-line incentive management portal, developed by the design studio at Capital Incentives & Motivation, which also created printed launch materials.
Participants accrue awards for each printer or fax that they sell. Each has a different award value and participants record their sales via the website. The award value is then uploaded on to their individual Compliments Card. These features of the online programme reduce the workload for the Samsung Marketing Support Team, which is administering the scheme.
Compliments Card is a highly flexible award. Recipients can spend up to the balance on the card, in the same way as a debit card, in approved top brand high street and online retailers which include Selfridges, House of Fraser, Halfords, TGI Friday’s, H.Samuel, Beefeater and River Island.
Matthew Clark continues, “Compliments Card offers the perfect platform for this incentive as we've been able to brand the card with our corporate identity and incentive theme for maximum impact. In addition, reloads can be made whenever we choose and customers can enjoy a wide choice of spending opportunities at top high street names."
