Argos Business Solutions forms strategic partnership with Capital Incentives & Motivation
Argos Business Solutions, the business division of the Argos Retail Group, has formed a partnership with Capital Incentives & Motivation.
Not only has Argos become the latest high street name to become a Capital Bonds redemption outlet, but the two organisations have joined forces to market the Award Management Programme (AMP). Capital Incentives’ voucher experience and ABS’ systems and merchandise expertise makes AMP a comprehensive and flexible online points bank programme.
AMP enables clients to design and manage incentive and reward schemes. Capital Incentives and/or the client can manage the programme in conjunction with Argos Business Solutions.
Company-wide or departmental schemes can be created with participants accruing points based on incentive criteria such as sales performance. Participants are able to access their points balance online anytime and can redeem points earned from a choice of awards including Argos merchandise and Capital Bonds. Capital Incentives manages all voucher fulfilment, while merchandise is processed, fulfilled and shipped by Argos.
AMP is packed with features such as the automatic upload of member details and award data and the ability for participants to check their points balance and select their own reward. These features, combined with the fulfilment systems in place, all help to reduce the internal administration burden for the client.
Further benefits include the fact that points are invoiced on redemption, thereby reducing initial budget outlay, and the capability of AMP to generate all Inland Revenue standard tax reports and provide comprehensive management reports.
Graham Povey, Managing Director at Capital Incentives & Motivation said, “AMP offers many benefits for companies looking to introduce an incentive scheme or enhance an existing programme. Its long-term point savings concept increases loyalty and it allows the complex targeting of individuals to meet set objectives. In addition, effective tactical campaigns can be put in place with the use of double points or stepped bonuses. With the backing of two major names in the incentive and motivation industry, it is a powerful and highly attractive option for motivation scheme managers.”
