GE Money launches GOpoints with Capital Incentives & Motivation
GE Money, one of the world’s leading consumer financial services providers which operates in 48 countries worldwide, has launched GOpoints, a new motor dealer incentive programme, in conjunction with leading incentive and motivation specialist Capital Incentives & Motivation.
GOpoints is an online incentive scheme targeted at motor dealers which is designed to boost sales of Credit Protection Insurance (CPI).
Dealers log on to the bespoke GOpoints website created by Capital Incentives & Motivation in order to record their CPI sales. For every agreement sold with Standard cover, they are awarded 50 points and this increases to 100 points for every agreement sold with Premier cover. Dealers can check their points balance at any time via the website. With each point worth £1, this means dealers have a reward of either £50 or £100 for every agreement with insurance, depending on the level of cover sold.
The choice of reward options is extensive and includes hundreds of merchandise items in the online catalogue accessible on the GOpoints website, Capital Experiences, such as driving a Ferrari or a day at a health spa, single-store vouchers or Capital Bond vouchers, which can be redeemed in over 140 national high street stores including Selfridges & Co, Debenhams, Comet, Homebase, WHSmith and Threshers.
GE Money has worked with Capital Incentives & Motivation for over 10 years and won this particular contract in a competitive pitch.
Daren Wells, Marketing Manager at GE Money, said: “We were impressed with the quality and cost-effectiveness of the online solution offered by Capital Incentives & Motivation as well as the efficiency with which the system can effectively run itself. With dealers recording their own sales and selecting how and when to redeem their points it greatly reduces the level of administration required.”
Graham Povey, Managing Director of Capital Incentives & Motivation, commented: “Having worked with GE Money for a number of years we have established a trusted and committed relationship and this, along with the many benefits of our online incentive management programme, was a strong factor in winning this business.”
